In the report titled "Philippines Conditional Cash Transfer Program, Impact Evaluation 2012" presented last week by the World Bank in a public forum led by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) together with AusAID and the ADB at the Le Breza Hotel Quezon City.
The report confirms that children of Pantawid Pamilya benefeciaries are enrolling and attending schools, with improved health due to regular visits to health stations, and pregnant mothers getting proper care. Like, 76 percent of preschoolers are enrolled in daycare, compared to 65 percent in non-Pantawid barangays.
It is great to know that the Pantawid beneficiaries are starting to go to school and value their health. Though the government is helping people on their immediate needs, it is good to know that they are maintaining and helping themselves as well. Going to school regularly and visiting health care institutions is a sign that government and people are working hand-on-hand for the future of our country.

DSWD assures that the qualified beneficiaries will be supplied, as long as they meet the qualifications of Pantawid Pamilya. Embedding many layers of evaluation and validation done by the enumerators which came from different sectors of the society are held to check the veracity of the data.
Pantawid Pamilya is really on track in achieving its objectives and through time the beneficiaries will learn to fly on their own and help others as well.
