Solaire Resort & Casino, Manila will be its first home and announced that
itwill soon be open on March 2013. The target date will be early next year,

Management service for Solaire is provided by Global Gaming
Asset Management (“GGAM”), composed of industry veterans with over three
decades experience in global gaming development and operations. The three
