Julfekar Music, fully owned and managed by the award-winning songwriter and producer Julfekar, which having a Tausug maternal lineage as well. Now features a powerful and soulful Malaysian RnB singer, Min Yasmin with her first solo Philippine album.
Min Yasmin is also known as a "Soundtrack Singer", appearing in numerous Malaysian OSTs, teleseries & movies. Min launch her very first successful international concert in Zamboanga City March and in Tawi-Tawi August last year.
From the success of the first album collaboration of Filipino singer (Nikki Bacolod) and Maysian singer (Min Yasmin) "2 Voices" last 2015. Now Julfekar produced Min Yasmin's first solo album released in the Philippines.
Min Yasmin's self-titled album has 14 tracks mainly written in Tagalog, other songs will be rendered in Filipino minor languages like Tausug and Sama Bajau, there's also a couple of English and Malay songs.
To give more Filipino taste in making the album, they also collaborate with top Filipino hitmaker and producer like Mr. Venne Saturno which gives a powerful and right arrangement for Min of the songs "Bakit Pa" and "Kahit Konting Awa".
Julfekar also collaborated with Filipino lyricist Roosevelt "Raz" Itum for the Tagalog songs, Nelson Dino for the Tausug songs and Andhee Basion for the Sama song.
