The SikatPinoy National Art & Fashion Fair, all set on August 14-16, 2015 at the SM Megatrade Halls at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City, it will gathered and showcase almost 130+ art and fashion entrepreneurs to promote the creative industries and the best artisanal products from 13 regions of the country.
This is a three-day event to celebrate the arts and culture of Filipinos all around the region, in which performances and workshops are open to the public for FREE. Also witness the different art forms, including paintings, sculptures, prints, film, photography, pottery, literature, music, the performing arts, fine jewelry and ethnic crafts from the regions.

On Friday, August 14, is a talk by Surf Reyes on creative filmmaking, followed by a screening of short films. Ceremonies marking the formal opening of the fair, scheduled at 2PM, include performances by Noel Cabangon, Emmanuelle Adda, and the Lahing Batangas Dance Troupe. The day ends with a talk on music by Joey Ayala, an art performance with knit sculpture by Axe Ong, and organic etnik music by the Luna Trip Band.
On Saturday, August 15, the line-up consists of a talk on regional filmmaking in Luzon and Mindanao by Teddy Co, short film-showings, a performance by Jesse Lucas of Talent Company, a craft bloggers workshop, an artist’s forum by the Artists Welfare of the Philippines, a performance by the Philippine Ballet Theatre, with the Luna Trip Band ending the day.
Sunday, August 16, will start out with a Cinekasimanwa forum on regional filmmaking in Western Visayas, a viewing of short films, a performance by The Rude Mechanicals Theater, a Ballet Manila performance, a pottery demo by Joey de Castro, a painting workshop by Fernando Sena with students, and a closing day jam by Lazaro Band.
The SikatPinoy National Art & Fashion Fair aims to provide marketing support to SMEs engaged in the creative industries, to help them reach a wider domestic market.
