Brother Philippines presents Customer Plus Loyalty Program

Recently, Brother Philippines launches the Customer Plus Loyalty Program, that aims to offer a lifetime customer relationship by bringing brand and service excellence. True to its, tag line "At Your Side", Brother is definitely always there for their customers to develop and improve their knowledge in using the product.


The launched was attended by the President of Brother Philippines Glenn Hocson and said "Our customer loyalty program has been in place for some time now; and in running the program silently, the customer feedback that we’ve gathered helped us improve the program to be more structured and to serve our customers better. This improved program is what we are formally introducing today as ‘Customer+.

Together with Takafumi Kamenouchi, managing executive officer of Brother Industries, Ltd,Isao Noji, General Manager of the Sales and Marketing Department handling Asia Pacific and Japan, and the Global Marketing Department of Brother Industries Ltd.; Yumiko Iwadare, General Manager of the Sales and Marketing Department handling the US and Europe of Brother Industries Ltd.; Takao Shima, Manager for Sales and Marketing for Japan and Asia Pacific of Brother Industries Ltd.; Masakazu Goto, Senior Team Manager of the Sales and Marketing Department handling the US and Europe of Brother Industries, Ltd.; Shinji Tada, Managing Director, ASEAN, of Brother International Singapore Pte. Ltd.; and Masao Kasagi, Deputy General Manager for Sales and Marketing, Brother Philippines, which all are in the event to graced the launch.

The event also supported with known personalities like Troy Montero, Patty Laurel, Jeron and Jeric Teng, Ginoboi Quillamor, Marc Pingris, Danica Sotto-Pingris, Patricia Prieto, Ginger Conejero, and LA Tenorio.  

The Brother  is a fully integrated customer program that offers comprehensive training sessions for new and some 7,000 plus existing Brother printers and multi-function center customers in Metro Manila.

In fact, at the event some of the Brother Customer Plus Loyalty Program members gave testimmonials on how the program help and assisted them not only on their home or work issues, but most of all on how to improve their business and achieve goal.

"We are so happy of what Brother Customer Plus Loyalty Program is, because we have a seminars and sessions every now and then, we can say that we have a community with a common goal and that is a learn and improve our everyday living using Brother machines." one of the members said.
