Last Saturday October 1, I was invited for the formal launch of Moulinex You Cook Video Recipe Challenge Year 2 at the HYPHY'S restaurant located at The Veranda, Robinsons Galleria. Invited media, bloggers, culinary guru and students are present in the said events.It was started at exactly 11AM and all are attentively listening for the concept and mechanics of the contest.
Basically its a culinary competition of students wherein entries should be submitted in the form of video/video clips that will show the measurement of ingredients and the step by step procedure of cooking using of course a Moulinex products which you can borrow from Moulinex Philippines. In able to join the contest, one must be a culinary student, 18 years old and above and it requires original Filipino and International Cuisine Fusion recipes and uses Moulinex products. The panel of judges are all present to support the launch and gave a short talk as they are were introduced one by one, as such, the Marketing Consultant of Collins International Trading Corporation Noel Rama, Home Economist Rory Subida, the Editor in Chief of Appetite Magazine Nina Daza-Puyat, the owner of Nino Fusion Cuisine Restaurant Chef Nino Laus, the Master Chef Bruce Lim and also included on the line of judges is the InterContinental Manila Director of Food & Beverage Chef Laurent Casteret.
There will be tons of prizes that awaits the grand winner like 40,000Php cash, Stay and Learn Program at InterContinental Hotel, Moulinex Master Chef Tour, gift packs from sponsors and a Certificate of Recognition and 20,000Php for the second prize and 5,000Php consolation prizes.
