The event started around 7:30PM and we are settled to listened for the opening remarks and learned more about BenMore Four Casks Scotch Whisky. BenMore is the newest whisky that is produced and distilled in Scotland,made particularly with Scotish barley and water with details and prepared perfectly made triple distilled. It is matured in four different types of oak casks, the Sherry, Bourbon, Charred and Refill casks to gain and match according to taste of whisky drinkers from scotch aroma, mellow taste, malt&peat aroma and smoothness.Also discussed the wine making from malting, mashing, fermentation, distillation and maturation.
An opportunity to glimpse on their official website (coming soon) www.benmorescotchwhisky.com, and learn anything about BenMore from events, ambassador and types etc. Then the brand ambassador Borgy Manotoc was introduced, bloggers also started to ask him question after his speech. Some of the question thrown was "What he like about BenMore for him to accept it as an ambassador?" and he says "I really like BenMore particularly about its taste and flexibility"."What do you like to mixed with BenMore", "I like it more when I mixed it with ice tea" Borgy says and also he ask about his personal point of view about drinking and he said that drinking is good with proper moderation. I really like his honest answers and he never left a smile in his face in answering.
When the exciting part begin when we, bloggers had an opportunity to taste the BenMore and mixed it with iced tea, tonic/soda and cola. Of all the mixtures, I take it to Borgy that BenMore is the best with ice tea (that's for me). All of us enjoy the drinking session hehe..and added to that is the raffle portion which we all enjoy because no one got home empty handed yeayyy...
