Watermelon has been a part of Japanese culture, like for example they are famous in making square watermelon that can be a gift or for the main purpose of saving space, the Suikawari (Watermelon Splitting) a traditional Japanese game played in summer season and it is their primary favorite summer fruit.
Teriyaki Boy incorporated watermelon for this season on their menu, like in the Teriyaki Summer Set for 379Php with Teriyaki Boy Chicken Rice, Katsudon Rice Bowl, Natsu Maki ("Natsu" means summer) and two (2) glasses of Iced Tea (Add 40 per drink to upgrade to Watermelon Shake, Mango Shake and Green Tea Shake). You can also choose either two Teriyaki Chicken Bowl or two Katsudon Rice Bowl to satisfy your craving.
