The Teen Queen Kathryn Bernardo is always occupied with her showbiz career, but more than that, there is one thing that keeping her more busy and happy, that is helping children, especially the kids of Noordhoff Craniofacial Foundation Philippines.
Noordhoff Craniofacial Foundation (NCF) initiated a more accesible and comprehensive way of treatment of patients suffering from cleft and craniofacial anomalies especially for the indigent Filipinos. A health care for cleft and craniofacial patients is provided and made accessible for the less-privileged patients.
Since 2014, Kathryn has sponsored almost 20 patients and still growing, other volunteers are keep coming because the Teen Queen helping the foundation to reach out to more people to be involve in the advocacy. As a volunteer Ambassador of the foundation also Kathryn helping more families to be educated about the treatment which is not limited to just surgery.
On NCF's 10th year this 2016, a thanksgiving recently happen at KFC QC branch with Kathryn, the kids and adults of NCF and media. The event was so touching and emotional, mostly the time when the kids offered a song for Kathryn, the later can't contain her tears specially when they started to gave roses one-by-one and a surprise cake for her 20th birthday.
