Anemia is a condition wherein the deficiency of red blood cells or of hemoglobin in the blood is evident, this can also result into a person's physical and cognitive performance like pallor and weariness. The highest rate of individual with this deficiency can affect not only their family but mostly a country.





In the Philippines, Merck Inc., makers of Sangobion IRON+ has made it its mission to spread awareness for anemia for Filipinos to be aware of this condition. 

Recently they launch a new campaign happen at Trinoma, the “Win Your Day” establishes Sangobion IRON+ as the blood health expert that talks about the 5 signs of anemia—tiredness, sickly (due to a weak immune system), paleness, distractedness (lack of concentration), and dizziness—and how to prevent or overcome them in order to win your day.



This is supported with a “Win Your Day” TV commercial and music video, leaded by Sangobion IRON+ Brand Ambassador and Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo. Also featured in the video are the Anemix Girls: five women (Tired Ellaine, Sickly Paula, Pale Sheena, Distracted Princess, and Dizzy Apple) who were able to overcome their anemia with the help of the organic iron supplement.


The event participants learned more about anemia from Dra. Corazon Gamilla and on how they can fight against it, no other than by taking Sangobion IRON+ everyday. 

The Popstar Royalty also shared her secret on how to survive in everyday demand of her schedule, specially with her daily activity that needs not only physical but mostly cognitive challenges.
