The feel good summer movie of the year brought by Star Cinema, "You're My Boss" will be leading by two of the on-demand celebrities of this generation. Philippines' Ultimate Media Star, Toni Gonzaga and Prince of Philippine Independent Films, Coco Martin will make our hot season more hotter in love, friendship, understanding and acceptance.
At the recent bloggers conference happen at Fairview Terraces Garden, Toni Gonzaga shared that the story of this movie is her suggestion to the Star Cinema bosses and Coco Martin is the first thing in mind as a leading man for it.
"Nag-suggest po talaga ako ng kwento para sa next movie ko and si Coco po talaga yung naiisip ko na maging next leading man, kasi sa tuwing nakikita ko si Coco sa ABS, like sa elevator or hallway, palaging napaka galang nya and always saying "Ms. Toni" so sabi ko sa sarili ko napakagalang nitong taong ito, despite ng status nya sa showbiz ngayon, i really like that" Toni said.
Toni Gonzaga will soon be entering the married life and this movie would be her last movie as a single woman and Coco is a worth to be her partner on this project. Both actors are very happy that this movie is given priority by the management of Star Cinema.
On the other hand, although Coco Martin is known to gained many awards other the years and excelled in almost, all his projects from movie, tv, indie film or even endorsements, Coco is very humble to shared that he learn a lot from this movie in terms of acting and right timing in delivering lines for a comedy.
"Madami po talaga akong natutunan sa movie na ito, sabi ko nga hindi ko po ito matatapos ng matiwasay kung walang pag-titiyagang ibinigay si direk at si Toni dito, Si Toni po napa generous magbigay ng payo at hinayaan ko lang na maging open lang ako at isaisip ang mga tinuturo nila sa akin, kasi po comedy ito which is ibang-iba sa mga ginagawa kong project nung mga nakaraan" Coco divulged.
