Brace yourselves to hear again a great music, beautifully choreographed dance numbers, and colorful 50's costumes, because in celebration of 5th Anniversary of 9 Works Theatrical they will bring back again the GREASE in Manila (last year story HERE), it is our time to turn to fall in love again with the theatrical play that staged for almost 40 years. 9 Works Theatrical stages this updated version with a powerhouse cast such as the actor and TV personalities Guji Lorenzana as Danny Zuko and Tippy Dos Santos as Sandy Dumbrowski. Happening at Carlos P. Romulo Theater in RCBC Makati from November 15 to December 7, 2014.
Directed by Robbie Guevara, Grease will offer another one great ride of reminiscing our youth and school days. The young and new faces on stage mirror the enthusiasm and exuberance which we all once felt during our teenage years.
The returning T-Birds include TV personality and GMA Artist Rafa Siguion-Reyna as Kinickie, actor Reb Atadero as Roger and Vince Lim as Doody alternative.
Watch out also for the Teen Angel, who will be portrayed by a different singer-actor of our country each show. Absolutely more promising and hunk singer-actors will appear as Teen Angel this year.
Grease in Manila rerun also includes the talented theater actors, the comeback of singer- actress Antoinette Taus as Betty Rizzo, Kapuso segment host and hunk Steven Silva, theater actor Marvin Ong, Alex Godinez as Marty and Gabriela Pangalinan as Cha-Cha DiGregorio.
