Giving Yolanda-stricken economies a boost. SMART Communications, through its global campaign fund drive, help.PH, signed an agreement to jump start a mobile cash transfer program with United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Land Bank of the Philippines, Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines (SCMAP), and the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP).
