Last week bloggers had a chance to visit the set of the movie Kimmy Dora Ang Kiyemeng Prequel at Taguig City. As we enter the set, it is in Go Dong Hae office set-up but with a more modern and classy one this time. We are told that the shooting day is more on fighting scenes.
True as it is, because the next scene as we arrived is another action pack and we had a chance to take a behind-the-scene photos of it. I've seen Sam Milby (Rodin in Kimmy Dora) and his movie, so many times now, but I never seen him fighting like that. He is so good and can be an action star as well.
Afterwhich, we had an opportunity to interview the multi-talented actress Kimmy and Dora herself Ms. Eugene Domingo. In the third installment of Kimmy Dora from Kambal Sa Kiyema, to The Temple of Kiyeme now its Kiyemeng Prequel, she admitted that this one is more of a challenging because she must prove that the situation will go back from the time Kimmy and Dora just graduated in college and doing their internship. But I think she did it well, because aside from she lost weight, Ms. Eugene also has a very cool personality.
Upon asking, what must be the must seen scenes in the movie are their kissing scene with Sam ( she called him "Perfection") without using their lips, the beach scene and of course the fighting scenes between characters. "Ma-action and movie namin ngayon and of course punong-puno pa din ng katatawanan" Eugene promised. She is also very honored to worked with the multi-awarded actors like Angel Aquino and Joel Torre.
We also had a chance to talk to Ms. Angel Aquino which happen to be her last day of shooting (lucky for us to be there for her final walk). I admit that I really like Ms. Angel in all aspect from acting, hosting and being a mom. I could not imagine how she does things balance despite busy schedule "I make sure that I have time talaga for my family as much as possible I wanna be with them, sometimes like this I have my daughter with me" [Laughs] pointing on her daughter seating at the corner of the room.
