Before Christmas and New Year's celebrations, let me share the things I've learned recently by attending Easy Cook's Peas and Lentils cooking demonstration by one of the famous chef of our country Chef Ojie Reloj. Happened at the equip Genting-Star Tourism Academy, the afternoon was full of knowledge about cooking, healthy meal and enjoyable games.
First of, is the Lentils and Pesto Macaroni Soup which of course the main ingredient is the healthy Easy Cook' Lentils and Ideal Twist Macaroni, that you can avail in any supermarket nationwide in a very affordable prices. Then the Sticky Chipotle Pork with Barbecue Pinto Beans using Easy Cook's Bean by Ideal Gourmet and last but not the least, is the Curried Red Kidney Beans with Jalapeno Pepper. Of the three prepared dishes, the latter is my favorite specially when you dipped a Roti on it, it's perfect.
We also took chance to join in the games which gave as a prizes like Ideal products even if we didn't won, totally enjoyed it and the thinking of using it this holiday celebrations.
