KFC "Buckets Of Love" now available to support World Food Programme

KFC Philippines is one of the leading fast food chains in the country, they have the special original recipe of chicken, gravy, as well as kruchers. Aside for giving delicious food, KFC has been partnering and doing various advocacy and one of them is with World Food Programme.

For almost seven years, KFC and United Nations World Food Programme been partnering through a campaign called Yum! Brands' World Hunger Relief which is the world's biggest hunger relief effort that expands over 120 countries.

This season KFC will once again continue to support the WFP's effort in rebuilding communities affected by Typhoon Yolanda as well as assisting school feeding programs in Central Mindanao.

Through "Buckets Of Love", KFC will be donating 5Php from every 8-piece bucket meal and 1Php from every 1-piece Crispy Butter Chicken sold from November 2013 to January 2014. 

We could all help to rebuild community and feed the school children. Just purchase KFC bucket and butter chicken. Let us all help specially the ones who are in great need.

I saw this wedding video of Richard and Maya at one of my friends shared post on Facebook and I wanna shared it to you also. The video was made by the famous wedding videographer Jason Magbanua, which I met at my friend's wedding also. 

Richard and Maya of "Be Careful with my Heart" morning soap is very popular not only in the Philippines but mostly in US, Canada and more. Last November 15, the much awaited wedding of the year happened with a fairy tale theme. Happen at Basilica De Taal and the reception at Villa Escudero. With a song "My Love Will Never Fail" by Marie Hines it is perfectly made.

A story of a mother named Terry (Pokwang) who did everything she can for her daughter Reg (Jessy). In order for them to have a peaceful relationship, Terry don't even mind if she works as a call center girl, in the same company where her daughter is, instead she grab this opportunity to make things better for them and reclaim the long time being apart from each being an OFW.

"Hindi lang ito kwento ng mga call center agents na'tin ngayon konti ang kwento din ng isang nanay na gagawin ang lahat para sa kanyang mga anak, na kahit anong mangyari lahat susuungin at gagawin ang lahat para mamuhay ng masaya ang kanyang mga anak" Pokwang said.

A day at Blogapalooza 2013

As I have said before in my blog post about joining this year's Blogapalooza (story HERE), it is an online and offline community wherein, businesses and bloggers meet to, present/gain knowledge about products/services and share it to the public. 

The day came (November 16) and we all enjoyed and gained information. From the time, I arrived at the venue (SMX SM Aura), which is a walking distance from my place, I roamed around to met marketing personal of each sponsor, I also have a chance to see again my co-bloggers in person and new ones as well.

Unilever's PEPSODENT Brushing Adventure

Oral hygiene is one important part of our everyday routine, that's the reason why Unilever, through its number one toothpaste brand Pepsodent launch a campaign, the Brushing Adventure. The campaign aims to improve the brushing habits of Filipino children.

Pepsodent Brushing Adventure is part of Unilever's Sustainable Living Plan to Build a Billion Lives 2020, which will empower the parents also to teach their children the healthy brushing of teeth at least twice a day, day and night.

The said launch happened at Rafael Palma Elementary School in Manila, with the students, parents, Unilever employees, FDI World Dental Federation and The Philippine Dental Association (PDA). Precious Moments Bloggers Pre-Christmas Event

I am member of Philippine Precious Moments Collector's Community  since last year at one of the bloggers event conducted by Precious Moments (PP). From there, I attended interesting events of PP and I am glad to be one of them.

Recently, an exclusive bloggers pre-Christmas event once happen at Precious Moments Showroom and Restaurant located 95 Senator Gil Puyat Avenue, Buendia, Makati City. Almost twenty bloggers are invited and enjoyed the night with sumptuous dinner and Precious Moments items surrounding us. A non-stop click of a camera were heard inside the venue before the dinner started.

Miss Fe, a long time member of Precious Moments shared a heart warming story being how she started and a member of the growing community. Then Ms. Amiel shared the activities and projects of Precious Moments Club. Also sir Jojo, a Precious Moments employee for long time (i don't remember he said if it's 30 or 40 years eh), told us that he learned a lot and very proud for staying at Precious Moments.

The last but not the list, did you know that the founder of Precious Moments, Sam Butcher visits the showroom earlier before the bloggers event? Yes and since I arrived early at the venue, a rare opportunity to have photo with him happen yeayyy...
