Now the first Filipina celebrity to have a dedicated special on E!, wants to invite five (5) of her dearest fans to the launch party that will be happening on the 25th of September at the heart of Makati City.

Complete your submission by uploading a screenshot of your posted image and registering your contact details at https://eoluk.wufoo.com/forms/annecounter. Make sure your username or account name is visible on the screen grab.
Five (5) winners will be selected through a raffle and each winner will get two tickets to the exclusive party. Promo period will run until September 22 and the winners will be announced and notified on September 23.
