'Dugong Buhay' is a story about Simon, a hacienda worker who search vengeance against the cruelty of hacienda owner De Lara family.Simon is full of hatred since he was young which turned him into a person that will do anything to put harm into De Lara's and up to the extent of using his own son Victor to destroy the family who maltreated him.
I attended presscon yesterday and the casts shared some inputs about the new series. They are all so happy and excited because this is the comeback of action-drama series on television and its film-like execution. "Natutuwa po kami na makikita napo sa telebisyon ang pinaghihirapan namin at pinag-pupuyatan, pinagmamalaki po namin ito dahil madami pong matututunan ang mga taong manunuod nito " said direk Toto.
Egay Falcon is one of the leading role in this series and he said that this is an answered prayer/wish for him. He like action, moving and relating deep feelings into a role and as Victor, he can't ask for more. "Matagal ko napong inaasam ang role na ganito at ito napo binigay napo sa akin, at gagawin ko po hanggang sa makakaya ko ang best for this series" Ejay shared.
Arjo Atayde who will play Rafael De Lara is excited for this series."Medyo pressure po ako sa pag-gawa ng series na ito but that help me na kayanin ang mga challenges ahead" said Arjo.
The casts also asked about what will make their blood alive (Dugong Buhay) as the title says and they all have the same answer, family and love ones are the ones who make their "Dugong Buhay". The other casts joining them are Ana Capri, Lito Pimentel, Ketchup Eusebio, Yam Concepcion, Jed Montero, Ronnie Quizon and with special participation of Carlo Aquino, Ahron Villena and Yen Santos.
I'm sure this will be a big hit again on television in which all TV viewers will be glued on TV screens every afternoon. And for those who have work like me, don't worry guys, we'll see each other at iWant TV hehe..
