Last week, I got a chance to witness the launch of this year's SM HYPERMARKET Master Chefs at SM Hypermarket Cubao branch. After a crossfit work-out session with bloggers in the morning, we headed to the said venue in the afternoon. It was a day full of pain, gain, excitement and at the same time a day-off from work that allows me to refresh from a busy schedule. Around 5PM, media and bloggers are gathered in one roof of SM Hypermarket Cubao with booth that are set from different sponsors like Bounty Fresh Chicken, CDO Ulam Burger, Nestle All Purpose Cream, San Miguel Fresh Milk and Unilever Food Solutions Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc.
Cooking Demonstrations from top chefs of the country started after Ms. Frances Crisol's opening remarks. San Miguel's Chef RJ Garcia came first with his Roti Dog and Croque Madame, then, every after performances like a dance from SM Hypermarkets employees, acoustic and cultural performances, cooking demonstration was showed. For Unilever is Chef Paulo Sia with his Toss & Wrap Flammed Beef with Shitake Sauce Wrap in Tortilla which is loved by everybody esp me hehe...Chef Arnold Bernardo cooked Bounty Fresh Chicken Rice Noodle Stir-Fry and Chicken Curry & Pineapple. Then after that, CDO Red Velvet Ciabatta Sandwich from Chef Menoy Gimenez and for the finale is Chef Tess Sutilo's Nestle Creamy Munggo Guisado and Sigarillas at Papaya Gising-Gising.
Aside from food for thought and cooking tips that chefs shared to us, they also gave us treats from each sponsors which full of goodies and products. I can't even hold and carry it properly while going home hehe..Thank you so much.

Non winners will also recieve a consolation prize of grocery packs. To join customer must present 1000Php worth single or accumulated receipt of purchased of groceries inclusive of any sponsor products and must use an SM Advantage card and just bring your finished product to any SM Hypermarket branch on judging day.
