Philippine Red Cross (PRC) launches a week-long online volunteer registration dubbed as National Volunteer Registration Week (NVRW) from December 7 to 13, 2010. Aims to enlist every Filipino to be volunteers of the Philippine Red Cross from every barangay, organization, government agency, corporation and schools – ready to be mobilized in times of disaster or emergency.

Here are the steps and guidelines on how to register online for the NVRM.

1. 1. Participant Qualifications:
      1. Existing Honda Owners of legal age, 18 years old and above [Current and New Honda car owners sold by Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. and thru Honda Authorized dealers during the raffle promo period].
      2. Honda car owners refer to current registered owner of the vehicle as reflected in the LTO Certificate of Registration or those in possession of the car and can show legal proof of ownership, e.g. Deed of Absolute Sale.
      3. For fleet customers, the company name will be used as entry identification for the raffle. However, if there is an assigned end user indicated in the LTO Certificate of Registration, the end user may-be the qualified participant. However in case he or she wins the raffle the company may exercise its authority to award the prize to the end user or award it within the company.
      4. Residing within Philippine territory.
   2. Employees of Honda Cars Philippines, Inc., its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, Honda dealer network associates and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.

RAFFLE MECHANICS

1. Qualifying. Eligible customers, as stated in Section I, shall be qualified to join the raffle thru any of the following methods:
   1. By visiting our Website:www.hondaphil.com and/or HCPI Facebook page and answering the four-question quiz and completely filling up the registration form with the participant's details.
   2. By visiting any of our authorized dealerships and inquiring with any of our Sales Executives and answering the four-question quiz. Test drive inquiries will also be included.
2. Joining. Once qualified, the customer shall be required to show his vehicle's Official Receipt of Registration (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) or other legal proof of ownership.
   1. The dealership's associate shall validate the customer's eligibility.
   2. Once validated, the customer shall be required to completely and properly fill-out the raffle coupon and drop it in designated drop boxes located at the reception area of the Honda branch. Necessary information for the entries are as follows:
      1. OR/CR Numbers
      2. Plate Number
      3. Year/Model/Variant/Color
      4. Owner's Details such as Full Name/Address/Contact Details & Signature
      5. Selling Dealer
   3. Drop boxes shall be located nationwide in all Authorized Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. Dealer Network.
3. Coupon Distribution
Customers from Sales during the raffle promo period shall be given the specified number of coupons as stated below. The more proof of purchase, the more chances of winning the prize.

Meanwhile, existing customers who contacted the dealers to inquire and test-drive or answered the four-question quiz in Facebook, will be awarded with one (1) coupon. Duplication of entries shall be verified before the raffle draw.

4. Prizes
   
   
The schedule of trip shall be on April 2011, in time for the special Honda Heritage event. We would like all the participants to witness and have this once in a lifetime experience with Honda. Participants shall travel in group together with media on April 2011. The fuel card shall be valid for four years and can be extended.
5. Draw Date. Grand Draw will be held on December 21, 2010, 11:00am at Honda Cars Philippines, Inc., 8F Pacific Center Building, 33 San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City in the presence of DTI and Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. representatives.
6. Deadline. Deadline of submission of entries is until 6:00 pm on December 15, 2010. Entries submitted after the deadline period shall be disqualified from the raffle promo.
7. Determination of Winners. Winners may only win once. In the event that a participant is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value shall be awarded to the winner while the prize of lesser value shall be raffled off again.
8. Transferability. Trip prizes are transferable and convertible to cash in its full equivalent amount while fuel cards can also be transferable but not convertible to cash. For fleet/company accounts, the registered company name shall be the official winner, however, the fleet/company may officially assign a recipient of the trip incentive.
9. Prize claiming and other guidelines. Winners may claim their prize at HCPI Ortigas or thru their authorized dealership.
   1. All prize taxes shall be shouldered by Honda Cars Philippines, Inc including the following items as trip inclusion:
      1. HCPI shall not be liable should there be any cases that Visa was not granted for any given reason. As such, trip prize is transferable and convertible to cash.
      2. Full-board Meal for the duration of stay
      3. Airfare & Twin Sharing Room Accommodation
      4. In-land transportation refers to: from Manila-Airport to place of destination and inclusive of transfers within the destination place based from the official itinerary.
   2. HCPI shall shoulder the cost of Visa Processing but winner shall shoulder the cost in securing passport and related documents required.
   3. Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone calls on how and when they can claim their prize by a DentsuIndio Representative. For GMA winners, they may claim their prize at HCPI Ortigas Head Office. For provincial winners, they may claim from the Honda Dealer Branch nearest them, as indicated in the registered mail.
   4. List of winners will be published in a newspaper of general circulation within two (2) weeks after the draw.
   5. Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
   6. Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as Driver's license, SSS card, Passport, and Birth Certificate plus the OR/CR of the vehicle, and/or their payment receipt upon claiming of their prize.
   7. No correction shall be entertained in terms of discrepancy in the OR/CR and Plate number for all the entries provided, otherwise the next winner drawn as buffer will be considered.
10. Disqualifications. Customers will be disqualified from the raffle under the following conditions;
1. Incomplete raffle coupon details
2. Invalid vehicle OR/CR details or found discrepancies registered in the Land Transportation Office (LTO) records.
3. Lack of legal proof of ownership over the vehicle
4. Falsified age below 18 years old
